This is a cooking with game workshop followed by a long lunch experience. After cake, tea, coffee or a Tasmanian gin hot toddy on arrival, you will get busy helping to create a sumptuous three course menu for lunch. Gert from Gert & Ted Gourmet Catering will take you through how to prepare a range of game dishes and slow cook them to perfection in the beautiful surrounds of Twamley Farm.
The workshop will include learning to prepare and cook venison, wallaby and game birds such as pheasant, quail or partridge along with winter veg side dishes and a hearty dessert, before sitting down to enjoy the lavish feast you have prepared matched with East Coast Tasmania wines.
You will be provided all of the recipes to take home in a small gift pack.
