Learn to cook rustic Italian dishes using fresh local produce. Gert from Gert & Ted will teach a range of rustic Italian dishes in a fun and relaxed environment. After cake, tea, coffee or a warm Aperol spritz on arrival, you will get busy helping to create a delectable three course menu for lunch. Recipes will include homemade bread with rosemary and sea salt, two types of handmade pasta, ragu, classic ratatouille, venison marsala and tiramisu.
When all the preparation is done, sit down to a delicious feast together. Each course will be matched with a glass of local East Coast Tasmania wine.
All recipes taught in the class will be provided in a take home gift pack so you can impress your friends and family with your Italian cooking skills.
