Enjoy an evening of exquisite food and wine at Freycinet Lodge, hosted by Spring Vale Vineyard’s winemaker, Barry Kooij.
Lodge chefs have designed an indulgent five-course degustation to showcase our regional specialities and perfectly accompany Spring Vale’s wines.
The evening will begin in Hazards Bar with Spring Vale sparkling wine, served while you enjoy live music by Pete Cornelious, before moving to a private dining room.
Tongola Cheese and Yumbah Bicheno, suppliers of our local abalone, will also feature, with representatives introducing you to their courses, matched to Spring Vale Vineyard’s finest drops.
