Intemediate Women’s Mountain Biking Weekend St Helens

Looking to improve your mountain biking skills, increase your confidence, and spend time with like-minded women?

Join an incredibly supportive community of women’s intermediate mountain bike riders .

This is a weekend for women intermediate mountain bike riders of all ages looking to build confidence on the trails. Join us for the full weekend or come along for the day.

Itinerary for weekend – Only six rider spots available:

Pick up Hobart 6th May, 6:30 pm

Arrive St Helens approximate 9:30 pm

Accommodation at Gravity Isle

Private room at Gravity Lodge


Saturday – 7th May

Meet 9 am Gravity Island for shuttle

3 hours instruction by women mountain biking guide. 10 am – 1 pm

Working on intemediate skills.

Ride to St Helens for late lunch at 2 pm

Optional – Leave at 4pm for sunset walk across Binalong Bay and lunch at Meresta Resturant.


Sunday – 8 th May

Meet 9 am Gravity Island for shuttle

Dreaming Pools, Coffee Stop at trail head ride back to Gravity Island lead by women’s mountain biking coach. Must have ebike or hire an ebike from Gravity Isle or similar. Must be an intermediate rider.

2 pm leave St Helens

5pm – Drop Off

Group Instruction – 3 hours day 1

3 hours group instruction day 2

Shuttles x 2

Beach walk Saturday evening.

Must bring full suspension ebike or hire. Ebike Hire available from Gravity Isle.

There will be 4 spots every day for women to purchase day tickets.

$150 pp per rider includes tuition and transfers from Gravity Isle.

Participants must arrange own ebike hire and $$ for food.

Very low Covid risk activity. Outside and masks must be worn on van and travel bus. If you have symptoms before trip please provide proof of positive test for a transfer to another trip within 24 hours of departure. Otherwise no refunds for this trip. Can be transferred to friend if arranged by buyer. Or if we have women on waitlist.
