The master bedroom has a king bed, the second includes a double bed with a single bunk above, the third offers a double bed, and the fourth contains two sets of bunk beds, making it perfect for larger groups.

The light-filled upstairs living area opens onto a large deck with stunning coastal views, while the downstairs BBQ area and fully fenced backyard create inviting spaces for outdoor dining and family fun. The well-equipped kitchen makes entertaining easy, and a cosy wood fire (available May to September) adds warmth during cooler months.

Just a short walk from Richardson’s Beach, cafés, shops, the tavern and the Wineglass Bay Cruises departure point, The Lookout is also minutes from Freycinet National Park.
