The Off Season – ECHO Winter Odyssey

As part of Tourism Tasmania’s winter campaign, The Off Season, ECHO is hosting a full day East Coast adventure – The ECHO Odyssey.

The ECHO Odyssey is a fun, relaxed and informative guided behind-the-scenes bus journey, with behind-the scenes experiences at local producers including Tasman Sea Salt, Melshell Oysters, The Splendid Gin and Gala Wines

The Odyssey incorporates expert-led activities such as a Bush Foods Talk and an opportunity to watch a local Sheep Shear – up close and personal.

Guests will indulge in samples of local products and be treated to informative and magical storytelling from their host and guides.
