As part of this adventure, you’ll be helping to raise vital funds to assist us in continuing to support people experiencing homelessness in our community, through the delivery of our annual Hunter Homeless Connect Day event, the facilitation of our Connecting the Hunter Program and the distribution of our Community Directory.
