Spend the afternoon sipping superb east coast wines, including The Bend Riesling, Apsley Gorge Pinot Noir and Milton Syrah, just to name a few.

As you look out across spectacular Great Oyster Bay, discover the history behind each drop and savour perfectly paired canapes, such as Scottsdale pork belly, natural Melshell oysters and Wild Clover lamb.
