Her 20 years of exploring oyster growing on the East Coast will give participants an education into the art of oyster tasting. You will leave this experience with a greater appreciation of these incredible prehistoric molluscs. Grainne from Gala Estate Vineyard will then pair the oysters with 4 wines and explore how great pairing will elevate both wine and food.
