Long Lunch at the Bark Mill

The Bark Mill, Swansea is hosting a Long Lunch, this beautiful 5-course menu will showcase the best east coast produce on offer.

Each course will be matched with a locally grown wine to complement the dish.

Course 1 : Local Cheese & Meat Platter.

Course 2 : Sashimi with capers, rocket, lemon zest, and wasabi.

Course 3 : Char-grilled Quail with rosé grapes & Ajo Blanco sauce.

Course 4 : Braised Lamb rump with carrot puree, zucchini,roasted romenesco & red wine jus.

Course 5 : Dessert tasting plate.


You will receive a lively description of each meal and the history of wine and the vineyard on offer.

This event will be hosted in beautiful rustic restaurant with an abundance of history about Swansea and the East Coast.
