The Team at Ironhouse invite you to a unique night of celebration, long table dinner at East Coast Tasmanias only working Vineyard, Distillery and Brewery.
This dinner will be held in our seaside estate restaurant where two long tables will seat you to prepare for a hedonistic night of grazing, grape, and grain over 3 wonderful courses.
Our Passionate Chefs will be focusing on complementing our beautiful wines with local delicacy plates such as seafood, beef and game meats, accompanied with shared seasonal produce. These plates will be matched using previous and present vintages of Chardonnays, Tempranillo, Pinots, Sparkling Cuvee and more.
Backing this up will be a yet to be released limited edition single malt, aged and finished in barrels that once housed our very own estate grown Pinot Noir, and more dramtastic marvels from the depths of our maturation cellar.
With tales long and wide, (and maybe a cocktail or two) this night will be one of indulgence and delights aplenty at the little Vineyard by the Sea.
